Nominations Module
Owned end-to-end frontend development of the Nominations module inside ThriveSparrow — UI workflows for creating, managing, and reviewing employee nominations at scale.
The Nominations module is a core part of ThriveSparrow's employee recognition platform. I owned the entire frontend: designing the component architecture, building the UI workflows, and integrating with backend APIs.
Built reusable React-based UI patterns and scalable component structures that are now shared across multiple product modules. The module handles the full nomination lifecycle — creation forms, review dashboards, approval flows, and notification states — all designed with clarity and speed as first priorities.
Also contributed to the Awards and One-on-Ones modules: implementing UI components, improving feature workflows, and integrating APIs with backend services. Collaborated closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship production-ready features.
